Päike! / Sun!

Don't have a lot to say this time, going to show you pictures instead. A couple of weeks ago I walked to St. Moritz on my day off. It was soooooo nice! Walking 16 km isn't something I would really do gladly but I actually really enjoyed it.

Jõudsin ka Suvretta House'i juurde, mis on hotell mida ma kaugusest igapäevaselt imetleda saan. 5-tärni hotell ja seal juures olles, võtab üsna sõnatuks küll.

I also made it to the Suvretta House, which is a hotel that I admire from a distance every day. It's a 5-star hotel and being up close, it left me quite breathless.

Tol nädalavahetusel toimus St. Moritzi järvel ka suur polomäng / There was a big polo game on the lake of St. Moritz that weekend

One thing I can't get used to is the fact how many rescue helicopters fly over my head every day. Before this week I never knew what had happened when I saw them. But this week I got a pretty harsh wake-up call for me. I saw (from a distance, but still) how they pulled a man out of the lake who had fallen through the ice with a snow tractor and saw them putting him into the helicopter. Later I found out that the man had died in the hospital. The next day me and Kadri saw them pulling the tractor out of the lake. This was the first time when I though that I need to save the Swiss emergency numbers on my phone, since seeing something where you could need the numbers is really not impossible here.

Kuna siin olid paar päeva väga ilusad ilmad, siis neljapäeval läksime Kadriga jalutama/päevitama. Avastasime paar uut rada ja nautisime ilusaid vaateid ja imelist ilma.

Since the weather here was great for a couple of days, me and Kadri went for a walk/sunbathing on Thursday. We discovered some new walkways and enjoyed the gorgeous views and beautiful weather
